With no centralized system to manage donations and facilitate tax credits, donors faced confusion, schools struggled with funding accessibility, and the scholarship distribution process lacked transparency.
As a dual-stakeholder platform, Gabriel SGO had to serve both donors and participating private schools with distinct needs and workflows while maintaining clarity and ease of use. The solution required the secure handling of sensitive financial data, seamless online and check-based donation processing, and the integration of intelligent tools, such as the Ohio SGO Calculator, to help donors maximize their tax benefits. The platform also needed to provide real-time access to tax receipts, donation history, and school registration capabilities while ensuring accessibility, reliability, and data integrity across all user interactions.
Gabriel SGO evolved into a trusted digital bridge between Ohio donors and the students who benefit from their generosity, strengthening educational access across the state.
By building a transparent, secure, and efficient platform that balanced financial convenience with educational impact, we delivered a system that simplified tax-credit donations while empowering schools with critical funding resources. The project showcased our ability to design purpose-driven platforms that combine regulatory compliance, financial precision, and user-centric design to create meaningful, scalable impact in the education sector.
Next projects.
