Challenges

Before this transformation, Eshaat relied on fragmented systems, manual processes, and outdated interfaces that limited donor engagement, slowed fundraising, and created operational bottlenecks. Donations lacked transparency, orphan data was difficult to manage, and staff struggled to handle growing workloads without a unified digital infrastructure.

As a comprehensive NGO platform, Eshaat needed to support secure online donations, detailed orphan sponsorship workflows, and real-time tracking for administrators, all within a modern, responsive interface. The solution required robust payment integrations with Stripe, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, a transparent donor flow, and an intelligent orphan management system that offered complete visibility into individual profiles. The platform also needed a powerful admin panel for monitoring donations, generating analytics, managing orphan data, and sending real-time alerts. This entire system had to be secure, scalable, and capable of handling sensitive financial and beneficiary information without compromise.

Final thoughts

Eshaat evolved into a modern, high-impact digital ecosystem that strengthened donor trust, expanded fundraising capabilities, and streamlined orphan sponsorship management.

By building secure payment systems, real-time tracking tools, and a comprehensive admin portal, we helped the organization increase donations, enhance transparency, and significantly improve operational efficiency. The project demonstrates our ability to design mission-driven platforms that combine user-friendly experiences, data integrity, and scalable architecture, empowering NGOs to maximize their impact and serve communities more effectively.
